He began his journey with bboying at the age of 12 in his motherland Martynica. At present he lives in Portuguese Porto where he represents Momentum Crew. Most of his greatest international achievements were gained together with his crew. One of these accomplishments is the win of IBE 2011 3vs3. As a solo he has won semi final of Red Bull BC One in Barcelona (2011), what gave him an access to finals of this prestigious event in Moscow.

Finals of Skill Masters 5 are held for 24th and 25th of March in Dublin.

Dark Marc is a part of Ghost Crew and has been Breaking since 1997. He lives deep in the Norwegian forest and reaching him is big challenge. He is very close with the nature what is widely visible in his style and most of his practices take place in natural surroundings. Dark Marc has travelled a lot and has participated in events like: Bullshit BC One, Rock Steady Anniversary, Circle Kingz, Bboy Masters Pro Am, R-16 and many more.

His motto is:

Born on the suburbs of Barcelona bgirl has taken part in many pointing events like: Battle of the Year, Eurobattle, R16, Mighty4 and Evolution. As she admits herself she loves to travel what is easy to believe in because many a time was she invited to judge variety of competitions or to run workshops during events all over the world. By her nice and likable presence she easily gains friends from all break dancing society.

We start with the news about one of the most interesting bboy’s event in Europe! And what we talk about is of course Skill Marters. This year we celebrate 5th anniversary of the Irish event. As an official sponsor of the event we are going to inform you about all that will happen during March finals. Today we’ve got first exciting news! Contest organizers announced first judge for this year edition of Skill Masters. And this is Bboy Bartazz from Kingz of Warsaw!

Bboy Bartazz is one of the best Bboys in Poland. He has been awarded with the special prise “Over The Top Special Award” for entirety of his work and contribution into development of polish bboying. Some of his greatest achievements are: 1st place in “Warsaw Challenge 2006”, 2nd place during IBE 2005 (footwork contest) and 1st place in”Pokaż swój Styl 2005.”

He took down all the competition to be the Irish qualifier for the Great 8 at Skill Masters 5, taking place next year.

The Half Moon Theatre in Cork played host to the Skill Masters Qualifier to a sold out crowd of bboy fans. A part of LiveStyles Fest & Sick Steps, the battles were hot, and the competitors on point. On his way Shane had no easy ride beating the likes of Ste, AC1 & Knuckles, who was his opponent in the final.

The winner said he was surprised to win, having thought about pulling out before the semi-finals with an injury, ‘My leg was hurting pretty bad. I wanted to pull out but knew I had to rep my City, this was the first battle to take place in Cork. Beating AC1 in the semis was exhilarating, and to go on to take down Knuckles who is becoming a big player in the scene was an honour. I’m proud to be in the same billing as the likes of Grazy and ChuChu, theres a lot of training to be done between now and Skill Masters’

Judges on the day included Misty (Brooklyn United Rockers Nation [Worldwide]), world champion Bboy Mouse (Floor Gangz) and old school legend, Tuff Tim Twist (Rock Steady Crew UK). On the wheels of steel was DJ 1 Up.
